Festival Foothills
Buckeye, AZ

Festival Foothills is a master-planned community with a small-town feel.
Located right beside Sun City Festival, this family-friendly neighborhood boasts of various community amenities such as parks, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Real estate in Festival Foothills consists of single-family and new construction homes with private backyards, spacious rooms, and plenty of storage.

The neighborhood is also home to the Festival Foothills Elementary School, a top K-8 school under the Whiteriver Unified School District (WUSD).
